No Right of Withdrawal for Digital Music Files

For contracts for the supply of digital content which is not delivered on a tangible medium (e.g. digital music files such as MP3, WAV, FLAC, ZIP downloads, digital albums, sound libraries or licensed music files), the right of withdrawal expires once performance of the contract has begun, provided that:

1. the customer has expressly consented that we begin performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and
2. the customer has acknowledged that by giving this consent, they lose their right of withdrawal.

Mandatory Notice Before Purchase

Important notice regarding the right of withdrawal:
For digital music files, the right of withdrawal expires once the download begins, provided that you have expressly consented to the performance of the contract starting before the end of the withdrawal period and have acknowledged the loss of your right of withdrawal.

Kein Widerrufsrecht für digitale Musikdateien

Bei Verträgen zur Lieferung von digitalen Inhalten, die nicht auf einem körperlichen Datenträger geliefert werden (z. B. Musikdateien wie MP3, WAV, FLAC, ZIP-Downloads, digitale Alben, Soundbibliotheken oder lizenzierte Musikdateien), erlischt das Widerrufsrecht, sobald wir mit der Ausführung des Vertrags begonnen haben, sofern:

1. der Kunde ausdrücklich zugestimmt hat, dass wir mit der Ausführung des Vertrags vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist beginnen, und
2. der Kunde seine Kenntnis davon bestätigt hat, dass er durch seine Zustimmung sein Widerrufsrecht verliert.

Wichtiger Hinweis zum Widerrufsrecht:
Bei digitalen Musikdateien erlischt das Widerrufsrecht mit Beginn des Downloads, sofern Sie ausdrücklich zugestimmt haben, dass wir vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist mit der Ausführung des Vertrags beginnen, und Sie bestätigt haben, dass Sie dadurch Ihr Widerrufsrecht verlieren.
